NTSwincash distributor
The NTSwincash distributor fully automates software rollouts. Checking of software basis as well as distribution of new program releases can be run and monitored over the network from a central point.
This significantly accelerates the rollout process and ensures identical software versions throughout all branches. A considerably more cost-effective distribution process is made possible as on-site installation is no longer necessary. Moreover, the common error sources of an on-site installation can be eliminated by using the central control functions of NTSwincash distributor.
NTSwincash distributor Functionality:
New software releases are registered in the Distributor Management Console and made automatically available to clients on a file and/or FTP server.
The Distributor Management Console offers the system administrators an overview of all software versions and releases used in the branches. If required they can limit software distribution to individual clients and/or client groups (e.g. NTSwincash reporter only for controller terminals).
On the branch level, the cash register PCs automatically synchronise their software versions with headquarters on system start. The locally installed Distribution Client verifies whether all programs are available in the most current release. If this is not the case, it downloads the current software from the central Distribution Server.
The NTSwincash distributor release management is not just limited to distributing files to branches. Upgrades of local databases can also be carried out fully automated.
The program is also not only suitable for administration of NTSwincash program versions but can also be used for distribution of any software (e.g. antivirus programs).
