NTSwincash central backoffice provides comfortable management of all retail specific master data as well as centralised configuration and control of all cash registers within a branch office network.
The configuration possibilities range from realistic visualisation of the distribution organisation through definition of all location settings (hardware control, sales receipt and display tests, invoice data…) up to maintenance of users, user rights, means of payment, currencies, articles, price lists and much more.

Clear Visualisation of Your Branch Structure
The central backoffice tree view allows realistic and clear visualisation of the entire distribution organisation (branch structure). Within this branch structure you administer all mission relevant system data, from your staff, product ranges, up to your branch inventories and suppliers.
The breakdown of your branch structure into functional and/or geographical regions allows managing of specific sub-ranges or special price lists for individual regions or branch offices (such as individual currency and language settings for branches abroad).
The Backoffice “Inheritance” Principle
The central backoffice “inheritance” principle guarantees efficient and simple data administration. At the touch of a button you can immediately apply global changes and/or entries made for an interim level to all subordinated branch offices. Data accepted from a superordinated location can of course be modified in the branch as desired.
Backoffice Monitoring Functions
A comprehensive authorisation concept allows you to disable any menu and/or function for unauthorised users. This system allows individual activation of single functional areas for special user groups (accounting, user administration…). The change log provides the backoffice with an important monitoring functionality ensuring complete traceability of all data record changes made.
Backoffice Franchise Variant
The CBO Franchise variant is a special version of NTSwincash central backoffice. This provides comprehensive management and monitoring functions for the franchise headquarters with simultaneous autonomous data management for the franchise partners. Simple Import of Master Data from Non-NTS Systems
NTSwincash central backoffice is equipped with an interface for importing master data from a superordinated ERP system. Often, only a certain part of the master data required for cash register operation (such as article details, serial numbers) is imported from the ERP system. Maintenance of specific data (users) as well as fine-tuned settings regarding the data imported from the ERP system (inventory data on the articles) is then directly performed in NTSwincash central backoffice.
Using the integrated import/export function for the backoffice stand-alone version you can quickly and easily import master data from your old software into the NTSwincash system.
