hardware-related software engineer (m/f, full-time, part-time)

At our headquarter in Leonding near Linz we are looking for a hardware-related software engineer (m/f, full-time, part-time) to support our young and ambitious team.

Tasks

Participation in our whole development process (analysis, design, implementation, testing phase, debugging, 3^rd level support)
Design and implementation of new software-projects
Self dependent development of program modules
Independent cooperation in the design and further development of a databased standardsoftware in Java
Assistance in the design and the further development of linking POS-systems like receipt printers, EC and credit card terminals in C/C++, Java

Requirements

Completed technical education (HTL in EDV/system integration) or completed university studies in the field of computer engineering, software engineering
Profound IT-skills
Experience in data modeling and mobile software engineering (database application, object-oriented-programming)
Experience with some of the following technologies: Java, C/C++, SQL, Oracle
Experience with Eclipse, MS Visual Studio, GUI-development with Java Swing, UML-data modeling, Hibernate, JUnit, WebServices and SOA is a distinct advantage
Good knowledge in English

Salary: According to the Austrian collective agreement for IT personnel (gross annual salary: 29.610 Euro).
